You may place orders for Services through our website, by email, or in person at our office. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon acceptance of your order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, PayNow, and cash.

Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Singapore unless otherwise stated.

We will provide estimated completion times for Services when you place your order. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, they are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary documents in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy of all information before submission
• Notify us immediately of any errors or changes

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mazuhe Loveti Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

5. User Content

In these Terms, "User Content" means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to us for the purpose of receiving Services.
